Callout identified obstructed sprinkler coverage beneath a 24-inch duct drop on Sheet M4. The obstruction was on a mechanical coordination sheet and would have required a plan check resubmittal if missed. NFPA 13 Section 8.12.5.

Caught a mismatch between Seismic Design Category D on the cover sheet and lateral bracing detailed per SDC C on Sheet S3. The kind of cross-sheet inconsistency that's easy to miss on a first pass. ASCE 7-22 Table 12.6-1.

Flagged a panel schedule on Sheet E2 with a 200A main breaker feeding a calculated 215A continuous load. NEC 2023 Section 215.2(A)(1) requires 125% rating for continuous loads. Easy math error to overlook.
